Bilingual Therapist (Spanish/English)

About the Role
G&A Counseling is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our growing therapy team. You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client base across our Richmond office and via telehealth. This position will serve our growing Spanish-speaking client community, providing culturally responsive care in the client's preferred language.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling
- Deliver therapy sessions in Spanish and English based on client preference
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Coordinate with case managers and other providers as needed
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky license: LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, or CSW
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience providing therapy in Spanish preferred
- Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse
- Comfort with telehealth and in-person sessions
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing preferred
- Strong documentation skills
