Marriage and Couples Counseling in Richmond, KY
Reconnect, communicate, and move forward together.
What is Marriage & Couples Counseling?
Marriage and couples counseling at G&A Counseling gives you and your partner a calm, neutral space in Richmond, KY to be heard and to truly hear each other. Whether you have been together for months or for decades, a trained counselor can help you break old patterns, rebuild connection, and make decisions about your relationship with clarity instead of conflict.
Couples come to us for many reasons: communication that keeps breaking down, recurring arguments that never seem to resolve, rebuilding trust after a breach, navigating a major life transition, parenting differences, or simply feeling more like roommates than partners. You do not have to be in crisis to benefit. Many couples come in to strengthen a good relationship and keep small problems from growing.
Our therapists use evidence-based, relationship-focused approaches and include clinicians trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR, which can be especially helpful when past trauma is affecting the relationship today. We tailor the work to your goals as a couple rather than fitting you into a single method.
G&A Counseling is a locally owned practice serving Richmond and the wider Madison County community since 2017. We are your neighbors, not a corporate clinic, and our goal is simple: help couples and families across our community build healthier, stronger relationships.
