What to Expect
Your first session is an intake assessment (typically 60 minutes) where your therapist gets to know you, understands what brought you in, and builds a care plan together with you. Follow-up sessions are usually 30 to 60 minutes, scheduled weekly or every other week depending on your needs and goals.
You choose how you connect: in person at our Richmond office, by secure telehealth video, or school-based for eligible students. Our therapists provide thousands of sessions each year, with a significant share delivered by telehealth so care fits around work, school, and family life.
