Jessica Nelson, LPCA, LCADC

Hi I am Jessica! I'm a dual-licensed clinician (LPCA, LCADC) with experience providing behavioral health services across intensive outpatient programs, individual therapy, and group facilitation in schools and community settings. I am trained as an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Associate, a modality effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. ART has become an important part of my practice, offering clients a structured and empowering path toward healing. I have worked with adults navigating substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health needs, criminal justice involvement, and complex family dynamics.

I also have experience working with teens dealing with substance use and complex trauma, as well as LGBTQ+ clients, providing affirming and culturally responsive care. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, supported by both clinical training and lived experience. My goal is to create a safe, accessible environment where clients can explore their experiences and build the skills needed for long-term recovery and emotional wellness to support a better quality of life.
