Kaylie Padgett, LCSW

Hey there! I'm Kaylie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelors in Child and Family Studies from Berea College and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I've worked with kids and young adults for a long time before becoming a therapist, but I love working with people of all ages. My therapy style is all about you. You are the boss of your own therapy, and I'm here to support you. I believe in being inclusive and non-judgmental. I know it can be hard to open up to a therapist, but you are doing something amazing for yourself.

My goal is to help you feel less alone and more empowered over your mental health. I'm also really into how the mind and body are connected and how we can calm our nervous system. I know what it's like to live with chronic stress and how it can affect your physical health. I like to help clients learn how to cope with stress and lean into the flow of life peacefully.
