Do you ever feel like everyone else got a manual to life that you didn't? As a neurodivergent clinician, I love working with clients who have ADHD and autism, whether they're a teenager getting started or an adult with a later-in-life diagnosis. I also love working with LGBTQ+ clients and am committed to providing a welcoming, affirming, and supportive space. Having grown up in Lexington, I believe LGBTQ+ affirming care is essential. You deserve an inclusive and compassionate therapeutic environment where you feel seen, respected, and accepted! I also have experience working with substance use disorders and with clients living with PNES. I have a Master of Education in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and prefer an integrative approach.

I currently use a combination of CBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices, but I'm always learning new ways to support my clients. Let's find a way forward together!.
